about us
Matthue DeYarus is a futurist and creativist with over 40 years’ experience in cutting edge technology and organizational culture. His role and responsibilities have ranged from C-suite upper management to content and application developer.

His focus has always been very international, and he has had clients in over a dozen countries. In two of these localities, he has worked directly with the federal government. In business he has worked in multiple industry sectors ranging from manufacturing, to large portfolio real estate, to food production. Many of his clients have been scientists and/or teams of researchers in many different disciplines. He has also worked with the non-profit sector and NGOs of various sizes.

He has often bootstrapped the delivery of programs/products by providing organizational and process modeling at the beginning of projects. After delivery he has prepared and taught supplemental learning materials for users and decision makers.

Throughout all this work he has always emphasized a non-violent and egalitarian process that celebrates the value of the individual as well as the potential for community and dialog to enhance creativity when partnership and reciprocity are put at the center of values. He is the founder of a school of philosophy called ‘innecotive cosmology’ which offers a fusion of boundless optimistic possibility for innovation while simultaneously advocating for systemic interdependence for all participating parties.

In co-founding Ideaphoria BV, Matthue supports visionary efforts that lead to a world where everyone, human and non-human, can thrive.
